The fee for services is due before your application is submitted to the RTO. Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer, credit card, or PayPal. RPL It reserves the right to withhold services until full payment is received.

Refunds are available if requested within two weeks of the application/enrolment date or before the application is submitted to an RTO. Refunds may also be issued if the RTO determines you are not eligible for a qualification. All refund requests should be made via email.

If you require additional time beyond the initial 30-day application period to submit your documents, you may request a two-weeks extension for a $100 fee, pending approval.

RPL It reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
